Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced sales professionals for its Outbound Sales – SMB (Small and Medium Businesses) Voice Process. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in international BPO voice-based sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential SMB customers in international markets.

• Pitch products and services persuasively to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Handle objections effectively and convert leads into successful sales.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs.

• Deliver excellent customer service during the entire sales process.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice-based BPO sales is mandatory.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

• Should be comfortable with continuous night shifts.

• Must be Undergraduate or Graduate from any stream.

• No employment gap of more than 6 months after the last organization will be accepted.

• Strong sales skills, resilience, and target-driven attitude.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
