Job Description – Voice Process (International & Domestic)

Location: Hyderabad

We are hiring Voice Process Associates for both International and Domestic IT Sales. The role includes handling customer calls, providing product/service information, and resolving queries professionally. Candidates should have strong English communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work in fixed or rotational shifts.

Eligibility:

• Graduates (Freshers & Experienced)

• 1–3 years BPO/voice process experience preferred

• Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi
