· Making outbound calls to potential donors or sponsors to explain the mission and objectives of the non-profit organization or charity

· Building a rapport with potential donors and creating a personalized approach to persuade them to donate

· Developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies to achieve donation targets

· Maintaining accurate records of donor interactions and donation amounts in a CRM software or database

· Collaborating with other team members, such as fundraising managers or event coordinators, to achieve fundraising goals

· Staying up-to-date with the latest fundraising trends and techniques to improve fundraising results

· Participating in training sessions and team meetings to improve fundraising strategies and techniques
