Voice & Non-Voice Customer Support Executive

Eligibility

• Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass) or Graduate (any stream)

• Experience:

  • Freshers welcome

  • Experienced candidates: Minimum 6 months in banking & sales

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell banking products: Personal Loans (PL), Credit Cards (CC), CASA accounts

• Identify customer needs & offer suitable financial solutions

• Maintain strong, positive customer relationships

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Submit accurate reports to the team leader/manager

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of banking & financial products (PL, CC, CASA)

• Excellent convincing & interpersonal skills

• Positive, target-oriented mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Skills: Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English

• Shift: Fixed Day Shift – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

• Weekly Off: Sunday fixed off

Salary

💰 Up to ₹23,000 (based on experience)
