The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, resolving complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service experiences throughout the guest journey.
Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in person.
Handle reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and promotions.
Upsell services and promote hotel facilities when appropriate.
Follow company policies, SOPs, and service standards.
Collect and report guest feedback to management for continuous improvement.
