As a VIP Product Advisor, you will be responsible for onboarding, advising, and managing VIP clients of Shaadi.com. Your role is to ensure every customer has a smooth and value-driven experience while using our premium services.
Handle inbound and outbound calls for high-value/VIP customers
Understand customer preferences, guide them through the product offerings, and assist with profile setup
Build strong relationships and provide personalized consultations
Ensure seamless onboarding and regular engagement
Work closely with matchmaking teams to align customer expectations
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly conversion and engagement targets
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree required)
1–4 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or client relationship management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and at least one regional language (Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, etc.)
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
Prior experience in a premium service/sales environment preferred
