Travel Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Travel Sales Executive who can convert travel inquiries into bookings and deliver an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming travel inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, Instagram & website

• Convert leads into confirmed bookings

• Explain travel packages (group tours, honeymoon, customized trips)

• Build and maintain relationships with clients

• Follow up with leads and close sales

• Coordinate with operations team for smooth execution

• Achieve monthly sales targets

Required Skills

• Good communication & convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of travel destinations (Manali, Kasol, Rishikesh, etc.)

• Sales-oriented mindset

• Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously

• Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory)

Qualifications

• Graduate / Undergraduate (any field)

• Prior experience in travel sales is a plus
