Provide outbound sales support services for customers looking to book holiday packages with good communication skills.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Itinerary Planning: Creating day-by-day travel plans including sightseeing, meals & activities.

Booking & Reservations: Flights, hotels, transfers, and attraction/event tickets

Destination Expertise: Sharing local info, best times to visit, weather updates, and travel tips.

Handle client queries & design customized packages.

Payment handling as per policies & setting correct expectations.
