Job Description – Sales Executive (Tour & Travel Company)

Company: Tour & Travel Company
Job Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Profile

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive for a Tour & Travel Company who has complete knowledge of Rajasthan tourism and can sell Rajasthan tour packages to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell Rajasthan tour packages and customized holiday packages to customers.

  • Have complete knowledge of Rajasthan's tourist destinations, including Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Mount Abu, Pushkar, Bikaner, Ranthambore and other popular locations.

  • Explain tour itineraries, hotel options, sightseeing plans, transportation and package pricing to customers.

  • Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

  • Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

  • Prepare suitable tour packages according to customers' budgets and requirements.

  • Maintain customer relationships and achieve assigned sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Complete knowledge of Rajasthan tourism, destinations, routes and popular tourist attractions is compulsory.

  • Previous experience in tour package sales or the travel industry is preferred.

  • Good communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.

  • Ability to convince customers and close sales.

  • Knowledge of WhatsApp, email and basic computer operations.

  • Candidates with strong Rajasthan tourism knowledge and sales skills will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary up to ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

  • Incentives may be offered based on company policy and sales performance.

  • Fixed working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
