Outbound calls:

Sales and lead generation:
Convince customers to purchase services by highlighting benefits and closing sales to meet monthly targets.
Customer service:
Address customer inquiries, handle complaints, and resolve issues related to travel and tourism.
Information provision:
Clearly explain package details, itineraries, prices, and answer questions about travel options.
Data management:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information in the CRM system.
Follow-up:
Follow up on leads to nurture them through the sales funnel and convert them into customers.
