We are looking for a Travel Sales Executive to join our team at Thomas cook. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹20000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Bringing in sales.
2. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
3. Ensuring quality service by following the organisation standards
4. Call Center Sales
5. Work directly with any Customers/Clients via phone in order to persuade them to buy any product.
Previous Experience of Call Center Sales (Any Product), selling Holiday Packages is an added advantage
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and candidate must be a fresher. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
