Job Description

We are hiring a Travel Executive who will be responsible for selling domestic and international travel packages over calls and messages. The candidate should be confident, customer-friendly, and target-oriented.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to travel inquiries
Explain tour packages, hotel bookings, and flight details
Convert leads into bookings
Follow up with customers for confirmation
Maintain customer records and booking details

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Convincing and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge
Customer handling skills

Education:

12th Pass / Graduate

Gender Preference:

Any

Age Limit:

18 – 35 Years

Working Days:

6 Days working (1 weekly off)

Shift Timing:

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
