Job Description

Responsibilities: 1 Understanding Client's Package Requirement. 2 Preparing itinerary as per client requirement. 3 Diagnose the clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages 4 Presenting, Convincing & Sale Domestic & International tour Package to Clients. 5 Should Have Good Selling & Negotiation Skills. 6 Managing all the bookings for the client Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may best suit customer’s needs. 7 Advise the customer about the destination related to climate, culture, tickets and accomo- dation, securing rental transportation etc. 8 Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional manner, striving for resolution. 9 Stay updated on travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices. 10 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals. 11 Payment collection & Reminder to all hot prospect 12 Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
