Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make 50–70 daily calls to agents, corporates, and customers

Generate leads and convert enquiries into bookings

Build and maintain travel agent network across cities

Share offers via WhatsApp and follow up regularly

Engage in travel groups for lead generation

Coordinate with reservations team for closures

KPIs:

50–70 calls/day

5–10 leads/day

2–5 bookings/week

10–15 new agents/week

Requirements:

Strong communication (English + regional language)

Sales/telecalling experience preferred

Target-driven mindset

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 + incentives

⚠️ This is NOT a passive calling role — focus is on generating bookings and revenue.
