We are hiring an experienced Telecaller / Travel Sales Executive with at least 1 year of calling or sales experience.
Preference will be given to candidates who have already worked in a travel agency, tour company, holiday package sales, DMC, OTA, visa/travel desk, or hotel/travel-related sales role.
The candidate will be responsible for calling leads, understanding travel requirements, sharing package details, coordinating with the internal team/suppliers, following up with customers, and helping close holiday package bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Call fresh leads and understand their travel requirements.
Ask relevant questions like destination, travel dates, number of travellers, budget, hotel preference, flight requirement, visa requirement, and special needs.
Explain holiday packages, inclusions, exclusions, hotel options, transfers, sightseeing, and pricing clearly.
Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain proper lead status in CRM/Google Sheet.
Coordinate with the package/operations team for quotations and revisions.
Share package details, payment information, documents required, and booking process with customers.
Handle basic objections related to price, hotels, dates, inclusions, and comparison with other agencies.
Build trust with customers through polite and professional communication.
Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
Convert genuine enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Support after-sales coordination when required.
Candidate Requirements
Must Have
Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling, sales, customer handling, or travel sales.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp follow-ups, and lead handling.
Ability to understand customer requirements properly.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience using Google Sheets, Excel, CRM, or similar tools.
Polite, confident, and patient communication style.
Ability to follow up regularly without being careless.
Sales mindset with customer service attitude.
