We are looking for a driven Travel Sales Executive (B2C) to handle inbound & outbound calls, convert leads, and guide customers in choosing the perfect travel packages. 📞 Lead Handling & Conversion
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inquiries.
Convert warm leads into confirmed bookings.
Explain trip itineraries, inclusions, pricing, and customization options clearly.
Maintain a high conversion ratio through strong communication & rapport-building.
👥 Customer Relationship Management
Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget to suggest suitable travel packages.
Maintain relationships with past customers for repeat business and referrals.
Address queries, concerns, and objections professionally.
🗂️ Operations Coordination
Coordinate with the operations team to confirm bookings and share customer details.
Ensure smooth pre-trip communication with customers.
Update CRM regularly with call notes, lead stages, and closure status.
🎯 Target Achievement
Achieve monthly sales targets consistently.
Work on strategies to improve conversion and revenue performance.
Proven experience in telesales or travel sales (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills.
Ability to explain travel itineraries and packages in a clear, engaging way.
Basic knowledge of popular destinations (Himachal, Uttarakhand, J&K, Rajasthan etc.).
Comfortable working with CRM tools and call logs.
Fluent in Hindi and English.
