Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
Counsel customers and suggest suitable tour packages, destinations, hotels, and travel options.
Prepare customized itineraries and quotations based on customer requirements.
Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Explain package details, inclusions, exclusions, pricing, and cancellation policies clearly.
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, drivers, and other vendors for bookings.
Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, bookings, and payments.
Provide pre-trip and during-trip assistance to customers when required.
Build good relationships with customers and focus on customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
