About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Advisor / Travel Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, understanding their travel requirements, suggesting suitable tour packages, preparing quotations, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, calls, website and other online platforms.

• Understand customers' travel requirements, preferences and budget.

• Suggest and customize domestic and international tour packages.

• Prepare and share attractive travel quotations and itineraries.

• Follow up with customers regularly and convert enquiries into bookings.

• Coordinate with customers regarding hotels, transportation, sightseeing and other travel arrangements.

• Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups and bookings.

• Build good relationships with customers and provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of travel destinations and tour packages is an advantage.

• Ability to communicate professionally with customers over phone and WhatsApp.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and good follow-up skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Freshers are welcome to apply. Training will be provided to suitable candidates.

• Candidates with experience in travel sales, tour packages, hotel sales, or travel agencies will be preferred.
