The Travel Sales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting travel packages effectively, and closing sales to ensure customers choose the best travel options and have a memorable experience. This role focuses on understanding customer needs and offering tailored travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential customers via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.

• Effectively explain and present travel packages, holiday tours, and customized trips.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable packages.

• Track leads, follow up consistently, and close sales successfully.

• Respond promptly to customer queries and build strong customer relationships.

• Maintain accurate and updated information in the customer database and CRM software.

• Achieve and strive to exceed assigned sales targets.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures strictly.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and persuasive presentation skills.

• Experience in sales and customer service preferred (freshers can apply).

• Basic knowledge of the travel industry or a strong willingness to learn.

• Confident, motivated, and goal-oriented.

• Familiarity with computers and CRM tools is an advantage.
