Job Description

We are looking for a Travel Consultant to join our team Yatra Matrix Venture Pvt Ltd. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with customers to understand their travel needs, budget, and preferences
Promote and sell tour packages, holiday plans, flights, hotels, cruises, and travel insurance
Design customized travel itineraries and provide accurate quotations
Explain travel details such as visas, passports, travel regulations, and policies
Handle bookings, reservations, cancellations, and amendments
Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and tour operators
Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
Keep records of sales, clients, and payments using booking systems or CRM tools
