Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (2nd & 4th Saturdays: Half-Day)

• Sundays: Fixed Day Off

About the Role

Thinksurf Udaan is seeking an energetic, target-driven International Tour Sales Executive to focus on client consultation and sales conversion. In this role, you will engage with potential travelers, understand their vacation preferences, design customized international itineraries, and close sales to build memorable holiday experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Lead Conversion: Qualify inbound travel inquiries, assess client needs, and pitch tailored international tour packages to meet and exceed monthly targets.

• Itinerary & Proposal Customization: Build detailed, attractive day-wise travel itineraries, price quotes, and options for destinations, flights, and stay preferences.

• Consultative Selling: Guide clients on destination choices, ideal travel seasons, local attractions, and general international entry/visa requirements.

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the main advisor for travelers from initial inquiry through sales closing, providing pre-departure support and handling post-sale queries.

• Customer Care: Deliver a warm, professional customer experience that drives positive feedback and repeat business.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in international tour sales within a travel agency or tour operator setting.

• Product Knowledge: Strong geographical understanding of popular outbound travel destinations (e.g., Southeast Asia, Europe, UAE, Maldives, Bali) and general travel trends.

• Sales Aptitude: Proven track record of high lead-to-booking conversion rates and persuasive closing skills.

• Soft Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, an engaging personality, and a customer-first approach.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
