Key Responsibilities

Handle direct customer inquiries (calls, emails, online leads) for domestic/international packages.

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable itineraries, destinations, and

packages.

Prepare customized quotations and negotiate pricing to close sales.

Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, airlines, and DMCs for smooth operations.

Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets.

Provide pre-sales and post-sales support ensuring customer satisfaction.

Stay updated with travel trends, seasonal offers, and new destinations.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in B2C travel sales (Domestic/International).

Strong knowledge of popular destinations, airlines, and hotels.

Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle multiple leads and close sales efficiently.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, or travel software.

Graduate in Travel/Tourism or relevant field preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Handle post-sales operations for domestic and international holiday bookings.

Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and activity

partners.

Issue vouchers, invoices, and travel documents for confirmed bookings.

Ensure all services are booked, reconfirmed, and delivered on time.

Manage visa assistance, insurance, and foreign exchange coordination when

required.

Handle customer queries, amendments, and special requests promptly.

Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in travel operations (B2C preferred).

Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.

Strong coordination and multitasking skills.

Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Graduate in Travel/Tourism or a related field preferred.
