Travel Consultant

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Travel Agent to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation. You will be expected to offer expert advice, build custom itineraries, and ensure an excellent customer experience from inquiry to post-trip support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to determine their travel needs, preferences, and budget.

• Research, plan, and book travel arrangements (flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, visas, travel insurance).

• Offer advice on travel documents, customs, currency exchange, and weather conditions.

• Stay up-to-date with travel advisories, restrictions, and health/safety guidelines.

• Provide detailed itineraries and confirm all travel arrangements.

• Handle customer issues, changes, or cancellations before and during trips.

• Develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

• Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions.

• Meet sales targets and participate in promotional activities.
