About the Role

Coupon Fares India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Travel Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in domestic and international air ticketing, strong knowledge of GDS (Galileo), and the ability to manage end-to-end ticketing operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Domestic and International Flight Bookings.

• Perform ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.

• Manage reservations through Galileo GDS.

• Assist customers with fare quotations, routing options, and travel-related queries.

• Ensure timely processing of booking amendments and schedule changes.

• Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for ticketing and operational requirements.

• Maintain accuracy in booking records and customer information.

• Resolve customer concerns related to ticketing and travel services.

• Achieve service quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry.

• Working knowledge of Galileo GDS is mandatory.

• Experience in Domestic & International Air Ticketing.

• Good understanding of airline fare rules, ticketing procedures, and refund policies.

• Ability to handle ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds independently.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
