Job Description

A Travel Sales Executive is responsible for selling travel-related products and services (such as tour packages, flights, hotels, and holiday plans) to customers, while providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Acquisition
- Promote and sell travel packages, flights, hotel bookings, and other travel services.
- Identify potential customers through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets.
Customer Consultation
- Understand clients’ travel preferences, budget, and requirements.
- Recommend suitable destinations, packages, and travel plans.
Travel Planning & Booking
- Arrange flight tickets, hotel reservations, visa assistance, and travel insurance.
- Prepare customized itineraries for individuals or groups.
Documentation & Coordination
- Maintain booking records and customer databases.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and visa agencies.

Required Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Must Have experience in selling travel packages.
Knowledge of Pan India Location
