Travel Consultant

Job Description:

We are urgently hiring an experienced and dynamic Travel Sales Consultant to leads into sales operations developing new business opportunities, and delivering excellent customer service, manage client relationships for domestic and international travel packages .

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively call and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

• Sell domestic and international travel packages to clients.

• Understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable packages.

• Provide detailed information on destinations, itineraries and travel requirements.

• Maintain accurate booking records and follow up with clients for confirmations and payments.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

• Explore new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in travel sales / tour packages.

• Strong communication and persuasive skills.

• Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails,.)

• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages will be a plus.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):

• Previous experience in the travel industry

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Tour and Tourism or related field

• Ability to start immediately

• Minimum 1 year experience in travel sales and tour packages .
