Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and coordinate domestic and international tour packages
Design travel itineraries according to customer requirements
Handle hotel bookings, flight tickets, transportation, and sightseeing arrangements
Communicate with clients to understand travel needs and preferences
Provide accurate information about destinations and tour costs
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, travel agents, and tour operators
Prepare tour quotations, invoices, and travel documents
Manage group tours and ensure smooth execution of travel plans
Resolve customer issues or complaints during travel
Maintain records of bookings, payments, and customer details
Promote tour packages and upsell additional services
Ensure compliance with travel regulations and company policies
Provide post-tour feedback and follow-up with clients
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 3 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
