Travel Consultant

We are looking for a Travel Consultant to join our team at Antriksh Bus Services (opc) Private Limited. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate domestic and international tour packages

• Design travel itineraries according to customer requirements

• Handle hotel bookings, flight tickets, transportation, and sightseeing arrangements

• Communicate with clients to understand travel needs and preferences

• Provide accurate information about destinations and tour costs

• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, travel agents, and tour operators

• Prepare tour quotations, invoices, and travel documents

• Manage group tours and ensure smooth execution of travel plans

• Resolve customer issues or complaints during travel

• Maintain records of bookings, payments, and customer details

• Promote tour packages and upsell additional services

• Ensure compliance with travel regulations and company policies

• Provide post-tour feedback and follow-up with clients

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 3 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
