Work Profile: Europe Travel Consultant (Full time - Work from Office)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify customer requirements and prepare holiday packages.

• Processing inbound and outbound phone calls and web inquiries.

• Works with customers to identify their needs and inform them of the appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodation.

Basic Requirements:

• Min Qualification – Undergraduate / Graduate

• Must be able to commute to office in Vashi, Navi Mumbai Mon-Sat ( 10am - 7pm )

• Good communication skills

• English / Hindi / Marathi - compulsory

• Gujarati / Punjabi / Tamil / Telugu / Kannada speaking candidates will be an advantage

• Looking for Freshers/Experienced

• Immediate Joiner
