We are hiring Travel Sales Executives who are confident communicators and comfortable working in a target-based sales environment.
Role & Responsibilities
Handle inbound travel inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and digital platforms
Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings
Explain travel packages, pricing, itineraries, and inclusions clearly
Achieve monthly sales targets (₹1,00,000+ revenue OR 25 bookings)
Follow up with potential customers and close deals efficiently
Coordinate with internal teams for booking confirmation and execution
Requirements
0–1 year of experience in sales, customer handling, or travel industry
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
Target-driven mindset with willingness to work in performance-linked roles
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, calls, CRM, or Excel preferred
Compensation & Performance Structure
Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month ( Performance based )
Incentives: Performance-based, uncapped
Important Performance Condition:
Incentives will be calculated based on achieved performance
