Job Description

Telecaller (Female) – B2B Flight Booking Partner Acquisition

🔹 Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and confident female telecaller to onboard travel agents as B2B partners for flight bookings. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, pitching our platform, and closing agent signups.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Call travel agents and tour operators across India

Explain B2B flight booking benefits (competitive fares, fixed departures, group fares, etc.)

Generate and qualify leads

Convert leads into active B2B partners

Maintain daily call reports and follow-ups

Coordinate with sales/operations team

🔹 Requirements

Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)

Experience in telecalling / sales (travel industry preferred)

Basic knowledge of flights / travel industry (bonus)

Confident, persuasive, and target-driven

Comfortable with CRM / Excel
