Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Travel Sales Executive who can turn travel enquiries into confirmed bookings. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand customer needs to offer personalized travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound travel enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
Convert leads into sales by understanding customer requirements and suggesting suitable travel packages
Provide accurate information about destinations, itineraries, pricing, and travel requirements
Follow up with leads regularly to close sales
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Handle customer queries, concerns, and post-sales support

Required Skills

Excellent communication and convincing skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Knowledge of travel destinations and packages
Ability to handle multiple clients and enquiries simultaneously
