Hands-on experience in end-to-end tender management for government and private sector projects.
Responsible for identifying tenders through portals such as GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement portals, etc.
Studying tender documents, eligibility criteria, BOQ, technical & commercial requirements.
Preparation and submission of technical and commercial bids within stipulated timelines.
Coordination with sales, technical, accounts, and logistics teams for required documents and inputs.
Managing EMD, tender fees, BGs, and compliance-related documentation.
Handling pre-bid queries, clarifications, and corrigendum tracking.
Uploading bids online and ensuring error-free submission.
Maintaining tender records, trackers, and MIS reports.
Follow-up on bid results, negotiations, and order confirmations.
