The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Create and update training materials, manuals, and SOPs.
Monitor and assess trainee performance through assessments and feedback.
Identify training gaps and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with operations and quality teams to ensure process compliance.
Maintain training records and prepare reports as needed.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
1–3 years of experience in process or corporate training (BPO/Operations background preferred).
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting.
