Mehndi Wala Arts Pvt Ltd are looking for a Tele Sales Manager – Bridal Mehndi Services & Training Academy to join our team . This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities

A. Bridal Mehndi Service Bookings

• Manage inbound & outbound calls for bridal mehndi inquiries

• Convert bridal leads into confirmed bookings (home / venue)

• Explain packages, pricing, designs & availability

• Handle premium bridal clients & negotiation

• Coordinate booking details with operations & artist team

• Ensure advance payment & booking confirmation

• Reduce lead leakage & improve booking conversion rate

B. Mehndi Training Academy Admissions

• Handle student inquiries for mehndi courses & certifications

• Counsel students on course structure, fees & career scope

• Convert inquiries into paid course admissions

• Manage follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp & CRM

• Upsell advanced courses & workshops

C. Team & Sales Management

• Lead, train & motivate telesales executives

• Set daily/weekly/monthly targets (bookings & admissions)

• Monitor call quality, recordings & performance

• Prepare sales, revenue & conversion reports

• Improve scripts, objection handling & closing techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as Tele Sales Manager / Sales Team Leader

• Strong communication & persuasion skills (Hindi & English)

• Experience in B2C service sales & course sales

• Ability to handle high-ticket bridal clients

• Team handling & target-oriented mindset

• CRM, calling software & WhatsApp sales knowledge

Preferred Industry Experience

• Bridal / Beauty / Mehndi / Makeup Services

• Training Institutes / Skill Development Academies

• Online booking platforms or service aggregators

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2 - 6+ years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
