Key Responsibilities

A. Bridal Mehndi Service Bookings

Manage inbound & outbound calls for bridal mehndi inquiries
Convert bridal leads into confirmed bookings (home / venue)
Explain packages, pricing, designs & availability
Handle premium bridal clients & negotiation
Coordinate booking details with operations & artist team
Ensure advance payment & booking confirmation
Reduce lead leakage & improve booking conversion rate

B. Mehndi Training Academy Admissions

Handle student inquiries for mehndi courses & certifications
Counsel students on course structure, fees & career scope
Convert inquiries into paid course admissions
Manage follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp & CRM
Upsell advanced courses & workshops

C. Team & Sales Management

Lead, train & motivate telesales executives
Set daily/weekly/monthly targets (bookings & admissions)
Monitor call quality, recordings & performance
Prepare sales, revenue & conversion reports
Improve scripts, objection handling & closing techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as Tele Sales Manager / Sales Team Leader
Strong communication & persuasion skills (Hindi & English)
Experience in B2C service sales & course sales
Ability to handle high-ticket bridal clients
Team handling & target-oriented mindset
CRM, calling software & WhatsApp sales knowledge

Preferred Industry Experience
