We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join YNB Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. The role involves handling inbound & outbound calls, explaining our home healthcare services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and explain services (Nursing, Elder Care, Medical Equipment Rental & Sale, Japa Care, Physiotherapy, etc.)

• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships

• Achieve monthly sales & conversion targets

• Maintain call records and daily reports

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years telesales experience (Healthcare preferred)

• Strong communication & convincing skills

• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets

• Basic computer & CRM usage skills

Work Location: Janakpuri Delhi/NCR
