Loan Sales Executive

About the Role
As a Loan Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the sales of various loan products (e.g., personal loans, business loans, etc.) to prospective customers. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the benefits of our loan offerings and guiding customers through the application process.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate Sales: Proactively reach out to potential customers through cold calling, lead follow-up, and networking to generate new loan business.
• Customer Consultation: Assess the financial needs of customers and recommend the most suitable loan products.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all our loan products, policies, interest rates, and application procedures.
• Documentation: Assist customers with the necessary paperwork and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements related to loan sales.
• Reporting: Track and report on sales activities and outcomes, regularly providing updates to the sales manager.
