We are hiring for the position of Telesales Executive at Xtracover, located at A-1, 3rd Floor, Okhla Industrial Area Phase-2, New Delhi – 110020. This is a full-time, work-from-office role, requiring candidates with 1–2 years of hardcore telesales experience in any domain. The ideal candidate should be a graduate male professional with average communication skills in Hindi and English, and a strong passion for achieving sales targets through direct telephonic interaction. The position offers a CTC of ₹3.36 LPA along with incentives and mediclaim benefits. Working days are Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and selected candidates will report directly to the VP – Sales Head. The recruitment process involves 2 interview rounds, and there are 3 immediate openings to be filled within 35 days.
