We are looking for energetic and persuasive Telesales / Telecaller to join our sales team at The Xpress Club Private Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Holiday Memberships to potential customers over the phone. Key Responsibilities:

Call potential customers and introduce them to our Holiday Membership Plans.

Explain membership benefits, packages, and offers in a clear and engaging manner.

Maintain follow-up with interested leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.

Handle customer queries politely and build long-term trust.

Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer feedback.

Work towards achieving monthly and weekly sales targets.

Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth booking support.

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

0 – 3 year of experience in telecalling / telesales / customer service (FRESHERS CAN ALSO APPLY).

Strong communication skills in Hindi (Basic English will be an advantage).

Confident, persuasive, and motivated to achieve sales targets.

Ability to handle rejections positively and keep a positive approach.
