Key Responsibilities ● Manage inbound and outbound calls related to retention and renewals. ● Understand customer issues and provide quick, effective resolutions. ● Convince customers about Furlenco’s value-added services to retain them. ● Build long-term customer relationships to reduce churn. ● Achieve monthly retention and renewal targets. ● Coordinate with internal teams for escalations. ● Maintain accurate customer records and feedback reports. Requirements ● Graduate in any stream (preferred). ● 6 months–2 years of experience in customer service, retention, or telesales. ● Mandatory Languages: Hindi & English (spoken and written). ● Strong communication, problem-solving, and convincing skills. ● Target-driven and customer-focused mindset.
