Role Description: We are looking for a Tele-Collection Officer to join our collections team. The role involves contacting customers with overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely recovery of dues while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone to remind them of overdue payments

• Explain and negotiate repayment plans based on the customer’s situation

• Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets related to debt recovery

• Escalate issues to managers when required

• Use available tools to trace customers when necessary

• Update account status and share regular reports with the team
  

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tele-collections (voice process)

• Must be fluent in Bengali (spoken)

• Basic computer skills for updating data and call logs

• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

Target-driven, with the ability to work under pressure
