GrowCline EdTech is hiring passionate Sales Executives (B2C) to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with potential learners, understanding their career goals, and converting leads into customers by promoting GrowCline’s IT training programs. Our offerings include industry expert trainers, real-time projects, AI-assisted tutors, LMS access, internship opportunities for freshers, and job assistance for experienced professionals. You’ll play a key role in helping students and professionals upskill and advance their IT careers while meeting sales targets and ensuring a smooth enrollment process. Responsibilities: Engage with potential leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Promote GrowCline’s IT courses and highlight key program benefits. Counsel and guide learners to choose suitable training paths. Maintain CRM data and ensure timely follow-ups. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion goals. Requirements: 6 months–2 years of B2C telecalling or EdTech sales experience preferred. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Goal-oriented, energetic, and confident on calls.
