Job Overview:

We are hiring motivated and target-driven Telesales Executives to join a dynamic team. The role involves outbound calling to potential customers, explaining product/service offerings, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Pitch company products/services persuasively

• Follow up on leads and maintain client records

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally

• Maintain CRM and report daily activity

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of telesales or telecalling experience

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Fluency in [English/Tamil/Hindi/regional language as needed]

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity

• Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude

Qualification:

• Minimum: 12th pass / Any graduate

• Freshers with good communication may also apply
