WTF GYMS is a fast-growing leader in health tech and health products. With expanding verticals across fitness and metabolic care, we are launching an integrated, medical weight-management and GLP-focused health program.
Role Overview
We are seeking high-conviction Telesales Specialists to drive direct consultations and sales for our specialized GLP metabolic health packages. You will engage with qualified leads, educate potential clients on our physician-led weight management offerings, and guide them toward enrolling in our comprehensive programs.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Consultative Sales: Connect with inbound/qualified leads to present WTF’s GLP metabolic health solutions.
Client Education: Clearly communicate program features, benefits, and structured care packages (diagnostics, doctor guidance, and lifestyle coaching).
Pipeline Management: Maintain high call volumes, handle objections effectively, and close sales calls while updating lead records in our system.
Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with the clinical and care-coordination teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding.
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in high-ticket telesales, direct phone sales, or inside sales (experience in health tech, wellness, or clinical products preferred).
Proven track record of hitting monthly revenue targets.
Strong communication, persuasive skills, and active listening abilities.
Comfort with handling clinical/wellness product terminology confidently.
