We are looking for result-oriented Telesales Executives to join one of India’s largest and most respected financial services companies. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying financial needs and offering customized loan solutions (Personal, Business, or Home Loans) to a diverse customer base.
What You Will Do
Outbound Sales: Call pre-qualified leads to promote various loan products and financial services.
Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers, explain interest rates, and guide them through the repayment structure.
Digital Onboarding: Assist clients with the digital documentation and KYC process to ensure smooth loan disbursement.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily calling quotas and monthly sales targets to earn high performance-based incentives.
Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system for follow-ups.
Who We Are Looking For
Experience: 0–3 years in Telesales, Banking, Insurance, or Customer Service. (Freshers with high energy are encouraged to apply!)
Communication: Excellent verbal communication in [Insert Local Language] and functional English.
Skills: Ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and work under sales pressure.
Education: Graduate (any stream) preferred; 10+2 candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
