Key Responsibilities

6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales.
Experience in handling IndiaMART leads and converting inquiries into sales is preferred.
Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls, conduct regular follow-ups, and close sales effectively.
Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of Computer.
Target-oriented with a proactive approach to customer engagement.
Fresh candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
