Telesales

We are looking for Telesales Executives who can handle inbound and outbound calls, explain our health & wellness products, and convert leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, sales confidence, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up with interested customers.

• Handle inbound queries from IVR/ads/website leads and convert them into orders.

• Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly to customers in Gujarati / Hindi / English.

• Maintain proper call logs, order details, and lead status in CRM.

• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Collect feedback from customers and share insights with the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).

• 0–2 years of telesales or call center experience (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).

• Strong communication & convincing ability.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp).

• Sales-driven mindset with patience to handle customer objections.
