🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telesales Executive to join our Voice Plus team. The role involves calling customers, explaining Vi products and offers, convincing them to purchase or upgrade services, and achieving daily & monthly sales targets. This is a growth-oriented role with strong incentive potential.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Promote Vi Postpaid
Explain offers clearly and handle objections confidently
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate call records and customer data in our CRM App
Follow up with interested customers to close sales
Coordinate with delivery team for smooth activation process
Maintain customer confidentiality at all times

🔹 Job Requirements

Minimum 10th Pass (12th or Degree preferred)
0–3 years experience in telecalling / telesales (Freshers welcome)
Strong communication skills (Tamil & basic English preferred)
Persuasive and confident speaking ability
Basic computer knowledge
Target-oriented mindset
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
