Make outbound calls using a dialer to generate prospects for home loans.
Schedule appointments for potential customers and assign to field team for follow-up visits.
Track field officers’ activities regarding appointments and document collection.
Monitor file status until document submission to credit and generation of serial number.
Maintain a complete daily login time of 9 hours.
Ensure minimum 3.5 hours of talk time and restrict break time to maximum 1 hour.
Attend weekly feedback sessions with the Quality team.
Participate in weekly review meetings with the team leader to assess:
Appointment counts
Serial number generation
Ensure high-quality conversations focusing on:
Accuracy
Product Knowledge
Customer Profiling
Appraisal Skills
Soft Skills
TAT (Turnaround Time) commitments
Objection Handling
Proper CRM/LMS documentation

Graduate in any stream.
Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
