Sales & Business Development
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Promote and sell company products/services
Generate new business opportunities through calls
Achieve monthly sales targets consistently
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Maintain call records and sales reports
Minimum 10 successful sales per month
Salary applicable only after minimum target achievement
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
Incentives: Paid after 100% target achievement

Qualification: Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred)
Experience:
Freshers can apply
0–2 year experience in telesales, sales, or business development preferred
Language:
Hindi (mandatory)
Basic English (preferred)
Strong communication and convincing skills

Basic knowledge of sales techniques
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
7 days training period
Salary will start after completion of training
