Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

Explain project details, property features, and pricing clearly to customers.

Handle inbound calls and follow up with interested clients.

Coordinate with the sales team for property visits and deal closures.

Maintain customer details and call records properly.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English, Tamil, Hindi, and Kannada (must).

Confident, polite, and convincing personality.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email, etc.).

Immediate joiners preferred.

Freshers or experienced candidates are welcome.
